i think mag artista na lang siya
provided with a dswd working contract
pero it will be too impossible to do it really
pero i remember when i was 14 i resell zest0 juice sa canteen
idadahilan ko mother ko and nauutusan lang niya ako maningil and magdeliver
i used her name na kunwari kanya ang business
but then eventually my cover blew up nung nalaman nilang nasa ibang bansa mommy ko
hehehehe
pero hindi work ang sagot kay kid
try to teach him how to catch fish not to be a fishermans sidekick
if the kid got talent, in selling something he can earn a living instead of having full time work
2cents for me....

di ako agree sa mga minor na nagta-trabaho.. they should be at school preparing for their future. not even a working student para sa minor. dapat concentrate sila sa pag-aaral. i never finished my college alam ko kung gaano kahirap.

Minsan lang maging bata. At 13 to 14 ang dapat nyang gawin e humanap ng scholarship, na may allowance and other needs. Or. Find a foster parent. Yung totoo ha..that will take care the kid.

Most often, employers would be unwilling to hire a person at that age because he/she may not be able to handle the responsibility, pressure that are involved in the work itself.
Mas mabuti na tapusin muna niya ang kanyang pag-aaral - during this time, pwede siyang maging tutor or mag-part time sa Mcdo o Jollibee.
In all this, kailangan talagang maingat ang bata at baka sakaling maging biktima siya ng child abuse.
Good luck na lang at God bless.

Speaking of REAL job to a 13 or 14, the Labor Code of the Philippines provides that a child, 15 years old or below, shall not be employed except under the employment of his/her parents, who are his/her employers and have direct control and supervision of their child, e.g., family business.
In applying the law, the child, who has no parents as stated in the problem, cannot have legal employment (real job in ordinary parlance) except under the direct employ of his legal guardian appointed by the court.
Ana, I hope I answered your querry.

I agree with 8888. Naaawa ako sa mga bata who do child labor. Of course with the exemptions of child stars who earn a hefty amount for their talents. If I'm not mistaken, the guardians or parents of the child talent by law should automatically allocate like 30% of the child's earnings to his / her trust fund ata.

Life at 13 or 14
