I am selling my coconut farm which is just beside the highway of Sta. Cruz, Laguna rght after Lucban Quezon near Kamay ni Hesus Grotto.

Wala po syang tenant at kaagaw sa right of way, the property is exclusive and wala pong problema sa safety nya, it's fully fenced with an overlooking palayan sa dulo ng lupa, near the bridge and it has 300 coconut trees that produces 1300 coconuts every three months.

My Father used to tender the property but he recently got a stroke.
