“This is how you are to pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as in heaven” Mathew 6:14-15

What is Prayer time?

Prayer time can be defined as a form of conversations, moments, reflections, quite time of listening, contemplation or a one-on-one with our awesome creator. It is all good words to describe time with our awesome God. Prayer time says it all. It covers the essence of our basic relationship with the Lord. We pray, He listens and answers.

My Reflections:

Every intimate conversation with God thru prayers and scripture reading fortifies the character within that is the soul of the human being. This divine encounter inspires and brings out the best in God’s creation, transforming the ordinariness of daily living into something new, creative and dynamic. Every thought , word and action becomes a prayer, goodwill, and benediction. Every moment lived by a prayerful person takes on a new meaning because it is an offering of love and thanksgiving for the goodness of his creator. That’s one of the reasons why we can easily describe a man’s innermost being on how he practice his prayer time and what comes out from his heart during his prayer.

Prayer is the most important activity of every child of God. As the former U.S. President Eisenhower once wrote, “ Prayer is one of the simple necessities of life, as basic to the individual as sunshine, food, and water and of course, more so. “ Simply because without prayer, life would be a meaningless existence that offers no hope, no wonder, and no reason for being. It would have been better for a man who does not know how to pray that he had never been born at all.

So for the Dabarkad’s of Mabuhay City. Com, how’s is your prayer time? This is a basic question that can answer a lot of our questions. Why we are anxious, sad, lonely, angry, difficult, rebellious, problematic, adrift, cruel, hateful, and many more situations in life we don’t’ want to be in.

We simply only missed asking the LORDthat’s all it takes—ask and you will be answered—any time, anywhere! It’s simple- I challenge everyone - do your prayer time. Life is fragile handle it with prayer.

MY PRAYER:

Come Holy Spirit, teach us how to pray, that it may please the Father in everything we think, in everything we say or do. Amen.
