Ultimately you blame the government who have failed it's citizens.
The money sent back home by OFWs hasn't made a significant long term impact to the growth of the country's economy. It's safe to say most of the money sent back home didn't go to investing this country's future. Infrastructure has not been built, and jobs have not been created. The money sent back home, was just 'spent'. |
